New SOCSO Requirement – Employer to pay SOCSO online

Hey employers! From 1 January 2018,  you are expected to use the Automated SOCSO Integrated System (ASSIST) portal to register new employees, update their records and make online monthly contributions. he Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) will no longer be issuing physical 8A forms.

The ASSIST portal will be the only platform for employers to handle contribution related matters. SOCSO urges all employers to download the registration form from SOCSO website to register for an ASSIST account as soon as possible. Employers can start registering for free from 16 November 2017.

SOCSO Chief Executive, Datuk Seri Dr Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammed states that the implementation of ASSIST is to allow a safer and easier way for employers to do EPF related transactions. It is expected that 430,000 contributing employers will benefit from this new online portal. Employers will no longer have to mail out Payment of Monthly Contribution Form or Form 8A, eliminating the issues with lost mails.

How to apply for a SOCSO online account (ASSIST)?

If you are an iPerkeso user, you will be able to use the same system until further notice.

Email the completed form to idportal@perkeso.gov.my or submit to any SOCSO office.

You will receive your user id and password in an email. For safety reasons, you will be asked to change your password on the first log in. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forget password” on the log in screen.

雇主们看过来!从2018年1月1日起,投保社险的雇主必须要使用社险自动化综合系统 (ASSIST) 网站处理所有注册、更新资料和缴付社险费的所有事务,大马社险机构将不再派发 8A 表格 (雇员缴付社险的表格) 给雇主。

ASSIST 网站是社险雇主往后处理所有社险相关事务的唯一平台。社险机构呼吁雇主在 ASSIST 网站于明年初全面落实前,到社险机构网站下载申请注册表格雇主的 ASSIST 账号。11月 16 日开始,雇主已可以免费申请注册 ASSIST 网站的账号。

大马社险机构主席丹斯里阿昔仄阿末指出,落实 ASSIST 网站是为了让雇主更安全及便捷地处理社险事务;估计这将会让 43 万名投保于社险的雇主会员受益。雇主可通过线上处理每个月的社险事务,不用再像以往邮寄社险表格,可以避免因邮寄问题导致表格失踪等等的问题。

如何申请SOCSO网上户口(Assist)?

如果您是iPerkeso用户,则可以继续使用iPerkeso系统,直到您收到另行通知。

要获得您的用户名和密码以使用ASSIST SOCSO户口,您可以通过以下链接下载您的注册表单。

填好的表格可通过电子邮件发送到idportal@perkeso.gov.my或带到附近的SOCSO办事处。之后Socso将审查表格,并将生成您的用户帐户。
